At Auralis Jewellery, we aim to ensure every order arrives safely and on time. Each piece is packaged with care and shipped directly from our studio in the Netherlands.

Shipping Policy 

1. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, promotional campaigns, or new collection launches.


2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands.

Netherlands

  • Standard delivery: 1–2 business days

Europe

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

International (outside Europe)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services, customs clearance, or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply. Any such offers will be clearly communicated on our website at the time of purchase.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow your shipment.

If you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours after dispatch, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@auralisjewellery.com.


5. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.

  • Customs regulations vary by destination; we recommend checking your local customs authority before placing an order.

  • Auralis Jewellery Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties.


6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@auralisjewellery.com as soon as possible.

We will work with the courier service to investigate the issue. If the parcel cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


7. Packaging

Each order is carefully packaged in Auralis Jewellery’s signature packaging, ensuring your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully presented — whether for personal use or as a gift.
